This year has been fruitful in ways that are most certainly measurable and yet, as it goes, the story behind the numbers is layered and rich. In 2024, we’ve planted thousands of native plants, spread many tons of locally made compost and completed green infrastructure projects on nearly 5 acres of public land— and its only September!
Moreover, our leadership has had to stretch and grow in leaps and bounds to keep up. In that vein, I’d like to offer Erika Meade a warm welcome as we celebrate her transition from a seasonal employee to a full-time employee and now to a worker-owner. As our Operations Lead, Erika has hit the ground running this season and her immeasurable commitment to sustainability, community and a radical reimagining of our industry cannot go unnoticed.
Grow with us…
